Is it possible to see a total count of all the estimated time when creating a sprint?

Arnoud Aarnoudse May 9, 2018

When we are planning a sprint we would like to make sure that the SUM of all the estimated times from all the issues is not too high, how could we easily see this when creating a sprint? We would like to see this on the board itself, kinda like Trello has the addon to show the points on top of a list.

Hi @Arnoud Aarnoudse

Yes, you can.. Click on the ... and you get the 'workload by assignee' and that has the total story points also.

Thanks! This will be good to know for later, but I failed to explain myself properly, sorry.

What I meant is, can I get this kind of overview BEFORE we have to start the sprint?Untitled.png

@Arnoud Aarnoudse , yes you can.. You have that right in the screen you pasted..

You see 'Estimate' as 0 at the bottom of your screenprint? That gives you exactly that.

Thank you so much! It was on 0 because I still had it set on Story Points instead of time estimate, I changed it by going to the board configuration.

You have been a great help!!

Ah I was looking for that but couldn't find it, that was subtle. Thanks again! :)
