Hello!
I've successfully installed JIRA Software 7.4.2 on Windows Server 2012 R2. It's available on server only http://localhost:8080, but I can't share it via internet on subdomain jira.mydomain.com (subdomain's DNS already pointed to server).
Could you please provide the steps how to make my JIRA Software 7.4.2 shared in internet via subdomain?
Thanks!
If it is running ok on localhost, then you have a networking issue.
This will usually be a firewall blocking access to your server on <server ip address>:8080
From the outside, try a trace-route to see where the packets go and where they get dropped.
Thanks for feedback.
But does Jira have ready manual how to enable access to Jira installed like service on server via internet on some domain (subdomain)?

That's a networking question, and there are several ways to do it, all of them based on your network setup and what you want from it.
I usually stick JIRA behind a proxy, for a number of reasons, one of them is to use my chosen url without a port. I usually use Apache (because I'm most familiar with it). If that would suit you, then see https://confluence.atlassian.com/kb/integrating-apache-http-server-reverse-proxy-with-jira-753894357.html
