A non-admin user in my org just flagged they have the following ability to delete their account:
Is there a way to restrict this behavior at the org level?
No. An Atlassian account belongs to the person, not the organisation. If someone wants to delete it, they're entitled to.
All the organisation can do is point out that if they delete it, they won't be able to use the systems that they probably need in order to do their job...
Thanks @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- - although I don't think that's 100% true. For native Atlassian accounts, sure, but I think we can link our accounts to our Gsuite domain making everyone's account managed. This removes the option to delete your Atlassian account. I was just looking to see if there was a way to block this from the org without having to take such a big step, but I guess that'll have to do.

No, it doesn't remove the option to delete your Atlassian account. It just makes your system stop using Atlassian accounts for access and start using GSuite instead.

This is what it says now that my Atlassian Account is managed. I do not have the option to delete my Atlassian account any more

Yes, you've handed it over to an organisation. You are no longer the owner.
