Is there a comprehensive list of fields to their corresponding smart values?

There has to be a list of all the fields possible and their corresponding smart values, where is this? 

Also isn't there a tool to show which operators can be used with each of the variables? 

So tired of having to sift through the community to find each little piece.

If you mean in regards to automation rules, I would answer your questions with:

No - there is no complete list
No - there is no tool / list to show which operators can be used with each

Smart values are context-specific, and so your installed Atlassian products, marketplace apps, and custom fields impact the list of smart values.  Something that can help is this how-to article to identify the supported smart values for an issue: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/find-the-smart-value-for-a-field/

Regarding operators and functions, there is quite a bit of inconsistency.  Even the documentation has errors for what does / does not work.  I recommend both reading the docs and experimentation...and reading the answers to questions in the community to learn what works.
