Is there a limit on the number of swimlanes that can be displayed on a board in JIRA?

Currently I have JIRA Kanban board setup. I have configured the board to use swimlanes - by project. I have over 15 projects defiend in the board filter. I know that all projects have atleast one issue in it. But the swimlanes only define 10 projects. 

Is there a limit on the number of swimlanes on one board? Can this be changed or increased?

I've not heard of a limit. Might be one though. You could also try an experiment using the Saved Filter (JQL) definitions for swimlanes
