Is there a plugin available for creating a Jira ticket from another project, without the need for users to navigate and create the ticket manually each time? For example, I want to create a Jira ticket in one project from another project effortlessly. such as using a Button or Droup down option.

If you are using jira cloud instance (xxxx.atlassian.net), you can make use of link issues to create linked issues in different projects. It is described in https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/link-subtasks-issues-and-pages-from-the-new-issue-view/

If you are in Data center 9.10 and above, this feature is available inbuilt

Why is the 'Create Linked Issue' option not showing in TCAP, even though it is showing in the MMT project? I want it to be visible in TCAP.
