Hello I'm trying to see issues with a certain component with a custom field empty
I preform this filter "project = SUPP AND component in (MESSAGERIE) AND "Projet Jira" is EMPTY" but it doesn't show anything while there are many tickets in this case
Is there a way to have the good result? Or is my filter wrong?
Thank y'all for the concern

Request you to please check the JQL in different parts, like:
It would help you to understand which criteria is leading to NO result.
And could you share a screenshot of an issue which is justifying this criteria ? And share some information on "Projet Jira" field.
Thank you !!
Hello @Deepak Jain
Thanks for your answer. Il attached the screen needed.
The Custom Field is only set for the project SUPP and the component value too.

Hi @Ulrich Kone , thanks for your question. Have you verified that there are issues that match this criteria? The green tick is indicating that the query is written correctly so I would check the issues first.
