Is there a way for non-Jira users to submit issues?

I'm wondering if there is a way to have people that do not have Jira account submit an issue. For example, a sales person gets a feature request from a customer. The sales person does not work in Jira Software, but I would like them to submit the issue directly to Jira for evaluation, and eventually move that issue to the Backlog of a specific project.

I don't believe there is, and wouldn't expect Atlassian to support that (especially if you're on their free version)

You can always have them suggest the issue in whatever ways works (let's say through email) and just add that as a screenshot of that to a ticket (or copy & paste)? You can create it as an "improvement task" too so that it stands out from the rest of the tickets.

Seems strange to me that someone in your team does not use Jira, yet you want them to use Jira.. Seems like an easy fix by just getting them familiar with it..
