Is there a way to Add a new Value to a Cascade Field Configuration in bulk?

I need to add another value to an existing Cascade field Configuration that has almost 1000 Child options.  Is there a way to load that in bulk without having to type 1000 entries?

(I am not trying to add new Issues, I am trying to add a new Value to the list with many Child Choices)

@Michael Vyazmensky  You could use bulk change option in jira. 

1) Filter the issues that must have the same value in both cascade choices
2) Select Bulk Change

3) Select Edit Issues
4) Confirm the issues you want to update
5) Select edit issues and find the field you want to update

If you don´t see BUlk Change option ask to your site admin. That is a global permission.

Thanks Jorge, but I am not trying to update a value of any Issue, I am trying to add a new value for the actual cascade field which has close to 1000 Child Values.

It is the Configuration of the cascade field I am trying to change and not actual issue(s).
