In the JQL search list view, when multiple checkboxes are selected for the same custom field, there is a discrepancy between the checkbox count displayed in the list view and the count shown within individual issue details.
Steps to Reproduce
This inconsistency results in an inaccurate display of checkbox values within the list view, making it challenging for users to maintain an accurate record without opening each issue individually to verify the values.
This issue has been validated on versions v8.13.17 and v9.12.3.
welcome to the community!
Mind providing example screenshots of what you're seeing?
Best,
Hannes
Hello @Hannes Obweger - JXL for Jira
Thanks! Yes of course no problem, I hope these screenshots adequately show the issue we are having.
Screenshot 1 - Shows the List view for Test 4 which displays a truncated list of 11 checkboxes
Screenshot 2 - Shows the Test 4 issue which actually has 17 checkboxes selected
Screenshot 3 - Shows the list of Test issues that have a range of checkboxes selected. As you can see in Test 1 this shows 9 checkboxes with the extended (3) number which when clicked shows the complete amount of checkboxes filled which is what we would expect to see for all issues
Note - going into an issue and back the list view can occasionally solve the issue and the list appears correctly, however this does not occur every time.
Thanks for your assistance.
Rebecca
