Is there a way to add a request's Approved/Declined status in the queue ?
i have customer service desk and for one of the issue types' workflow i have enabled Approvals.
In the queue i want the user to be able to quickly see if the issue was declined or approved. I could find Approvals as a column when i tried to edit the queue. Is there a way?
There is no way to show this in JSM queues natively.
What you can do is the following:
Create a custom select list field with options "Yes" and "No", "Waiting for Approval";
Create an automation in your project so that if your ticket is approved, this custom field takes on the value of "Yes" and if it was not approved, it takes on the value of "No".
And if it is still waiting for approval, it will assume the value "Waiting for approval".
Then just add this custom field in the column of the queue that you want to display to the user and as soon as he accesses the queue, he will know if there was any approval or disapproval of the ticket.
