Is there a way to add fields similar to Original estimate and Time Tracking?

Hi, I want to add another 2 fields to all issue types: i need 1 like : original estimate and another like: time tracking.

i couldn't find it when trying to add custom fields.

is there a way to do it?

No, the estimate field is a one-of-a-kind system field, it's not available as a custom field type.
