Is there a way to connect JIRA Cloud with internal exchange server?

We want to migrate JIRA server to cloud and to keep the connection to our exchange internal server.

Is there a way?

If yes, where are the instructions?

When you say Exchange do you mean Active Directory and the LDAP offering Microsoft has? 

If so you would need to purchase Atlassian Access as well as Cloud: https://support.atlassian.com/provisioning-users/docs/configure-user-provisioning-for-active-directory-or-ldap/
