Once I close a case on my Kanban board, a closure pop-up comes up and has resolution reasons. Can I create a graph to separate the number of closed cases based off of resolution reasons ?

What type of graph are you wanting to produce?
The Pie Chart gadget available to add to a Jira Dashboard can show wedges based on the Resolution field, and can be based on a saved filter.
A pie graph or bar graph would be perfect! I’m unable to get add-ons ( company restrictions) so will I be able to get these gadgets?
If so, can you tell me how to do it?

Yes, the Pie Chart gadget is native to the Jira Software product.
