×Hey there -- I serve as project manager on my team, and I record notes and action items during each meeting. After the meeting, I send out those notes and action items in e-mail format. Is there a way to configure JIRA to automatically create tickets for each of those action items? I'd love to find some automated way of tracking workflow with my meeting notes.
Thanks!
-Mike
Except Jira, do you also use Confluence at the same time? It is more convenient to use Confluence for similar meeting minutes and to-do notes. After Confluence creates a new page, you can send the meeting minutes directly by email. The assignee of the task can also directly enter the completion of the Confluence tag task.
Hey @Ollie Guan -- I do use Confluence. Do you have a link to instructions for this method?
