Is there a way to get the actual efforts logged in a sprint with different filters?

Is there a way or JQL with which I can see the actual efforts logged within a sprint even if any item of the items is a spilled over item from last sprints?

Meaning I don't want the effort logged in the previous sprint on an item but only the effort logged in the current sprint. (to check it against the Capacity).

Also can I filter the actual efforts w.r.t. any of the :Abels given on the parent ticket?

Jira does not have the capability to generate that type of report with natively available functionality.

Are you willing to consider getting a third party app to meet your needs?
