Hi there!

 

Is there a way to include a ticket description on Tempo when pulling monthly reports, thus providing more details about the original ticket and what was requested?

You can achieve that using Pivot Report we develop:

Hi @Taryn Townsend 

In the current version of Tempo, it is not possible to add the issue description to the export or the Report view.

Can you please create a feature request for this in our Tempo Ideas portal, https://ideas.tempo.io/ideas

Hi Susanne

Thank you for the feedback.

It looks like there is a fisheye plugin that boasts this feature
https://confluence.atlassian.com/fisheye/jira-integration-in-fisheye-298976858.html
but we'll have to expose the svn base to allow that to work.  Could you advise if this would be an option and how stable it may be?
