Is there a way to integrate Jira Cloud with SurveyMonk?

Hello,

I would like to know if there is an option to integrate Jira Cloud with SurveyMonk so that whenever an issue is solved/closed, an automated NPS survey is sent to the reporter.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

I believe Jira Cloud does not have an inbuilt integration with Surveymonkey, however, there are a couple of third-party partners that created their own integration.

In a quick search, I find out that Zapier provides this integration, as you can see in the link below:

Apart from that, you can also build your own integration using Jira webhooks to properly trigger the survey in Surveymonkey, as described in the documentation below:
