. To go issue page.
2. Switch to detail view.
3. Two panels are showing up.
4. Click 1 of the issue on the left panel shows detailed info on the right panel.
5. There is a blue square around on the issue you clicked to know which one is in use now.
6. Once you click outside the left panel for example to add a comment on the right panel, the blue square on the left disappears.
So when you are ready to check the next issue from the left panel, by a quick look, we don't know which ticket is open.
I may be misunderstanding your issue, so excuse me if I am.
When you click in the Detail View, there should be a light blue background of the ticket in the left hand panel. Yes the dark blue box disappears when you click in the detail blue, but you can still see which ticket is being displayed by that blue background.
Thank you for your response, on my side there is no blue background thus no indication which ticket is selected. Can it be caused by a version difference or a setting.

Can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing? It can be hard to see sometimes exactly where people are. Maybe I'm thinking you're somewhere else :-)

Found out why I could not see the background color of the selected ticket, I use 2 screens laptop and a VGA screen, on the laptop screen I can see it but not on the VGA one, will need some color adjustments on the VGA screen.
Thank you Colum for your help :)
