Usually, our team put specific start date and end date for issues when we start a project. However, we sometimes get new works added in the original plan and we need to update (in most cases, postpone) start date and end date field manually.

Is there any method to postpone start date and end date automatically?

(ex. Postpone all selected issues' start date and end date for 3 days)

Or if we are able to make, set our work day scheme and link it to our issues, it will be good too.

Hi Joon,

This is possible in Jira automation! Depending on which issues you specifically want to postpone the start and due date for, your automation would look something like this:

You can change the "issue type equals" to be "issue type is one of:" if there is more than one issue type you would like this to be targeted towards. Hope this helps!

Hi @Joon -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Yes, and...to what @Ethan_StackIntelligence suggests, there are some community posts indicating the roadmap team is experimenting with adding bulk-change feature to shift Start Date and Due Date.  Keep a watch out for that feature if you need to shift your schedules/plans often.

Best regards,
Bill

Hi,

I wonder if  there is any progress about the bulk-change feature  to shift start date and due date?
