Is there a way to prevent users from entering a cloud instance?

I need to know if I can prevent users of a cloud instance from accessing while it is being backed up.

Is there a way?

If you have only a few licensed groups, how about removing application access?

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

I can't take away access to the default groups. Users are in those groups.
