Is there a way to put something like description for each JIRA field when creating a JIRA issue?

Hi guys,

I am wondering if there is a way to create an explanation/description mark right next to each JIRA field when creating a JIRA issue.

For example, this is what I want to have in the creating window:

No we can't really place an icon next to the field and clicking on it show the explanation of it.

Instead you can use the field description and write your explanation or justification or instructions so that it will be displayed under the field.

This is really an interesting question.

But sadly,there is no option to create something like this currently.
