Pretty straight forward question. We currently have some automation rules which our users run via manual triggers. Is there a way via API to run a manual triggered automation rule? How about ones that take parameters?

Hi @Benjamin Peikes 

You can use the "Incoming webhook" if you want to trigger an Automation via API

What if you want to run automation as a manual rule from a ticket, as well as from a webhook?

Jira automation wont work with 2 triggers in the same rule, you'll have to create 2 same rules, each with a different trigger.
