I have quite a few dashboards, filters etc. that I've favorited as I work on many projects. The on-prem version of JIRA had a "Manage Dashboards" and i saw all of my starred items; but I cannot find how to manage dashboards on the Cloud version nor is there a way to see them all conveniently.
Do you know if we have a Manage Dashboards feature on the Cloud Version? If not, how do we view all favorites without writing a query or creating something special? Why doesn't the Cloud version do this for us?
ON-PREM version:
Login > Dashboards > Manage Dashboards: Displays all favorited dashboards
CLOUD version:
Search > Dashboards. Entered criteria, located them and clicked the Star.
Clicked the Star icon on the left blue nav bar.
I already have favorited 3 Kanban boards & 10 other dashboards but these newly favorited do NOT display.
Thanks in advance for your help.
I just created a second dashboard and now I can't get to it.
When I go to the Jira icon, then Dashboards, it only brings me to my default dashboard.
When I search for dashboards, the results are in plain text so I still can't get to the dashboard.
I've been using Atlassian for almost 10 years and it's still almost impossible to work with.
Welcome to the community.
If you want to starred dashboard and have directly access to them you need to click on the jira logo > dashboard>click on the 3 dot (on the top right of your screen)>find dashboard> and starred the one you want
When you go again on dashboard you will see all the starred dashboard.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm familiar with "How" to Star/Favorite a dashboard and how to see them; but I am asking if you know why all starred are not showing when I click the Star icon.
Even if I hit the "home" icon > Dashboards where they do display, they are not in any order so I would need to be able to Manage the Dashboards.
Here is what I'm seeking to find. You might tell me this is no longer available as an ease of use function as is; but wanted to ask if you knew how to modify this to make it work.
On-Prem version had Manage Dashboards AND all my favorited dashboards displayed for ease of use:
