Is there a way to visualize a structure/dependency for items (Epics, Stories, Tasks) from multiple projects that are linked? Please see images of the link and an idea of structure I want to see. I don't know if there's a way to do it on Advanced Roadmaps (Plans), Big Picture or any other add-on/App. Thanks in advance!
Hi @Luiz Henrique Aquino Silva
Welcome to the community !!
If you are fine to explore a mktplace app to view Issues based on Issue Links combined with standard jira hierarchy for multiple projects , I can suggest our app
The app also allows you to view your project issue hierarchy in a tree view. The hierarchy is created based on your issue inks. You can view %complete progress at each parent level. It roll ups the time tracking fields, story point or numeric fields at each parent level. The app can be added to a dashboard as well

@Luiz Henrique Aquino Silva Hey Luiz, and welcome to the Atlassian Community.
Yes! You can do this in our app (Visor).
It has a bi-directional integration with Jira so that you can visualize real-time data from multiple Jira projects in a single roadmap/Gantt chart/Timeline, including dependencies within and across projects.
You can choose to keep or ignore nesting from Jira, to create nesting relationships that are different from the default in Jira, for example, nesting a story or task from one project under a story, epic, or task in a different project.
You can also group data from multiple projects by any criteria in a dropdown field (either from Jira, or added in Visor) for example assignee, strategic goal, product, team etc.
The images below show a basic example of a roadmap with cross-project dependencies, and the second image shows completely flexible nesting (note the project column - the issues are nested without being in the same project).
Here's our Atlassian Marketplace listing - Visor is free to try for 2 weeks - (no credit card required!)
If you have any questions please go ahead - or if you would like a quick demo I can ask one of my team to show you around the app.
Mike

You may Give the App Jira Hierarchy from Adaptavist a try. It would not necessarily allow you to visualize the structure/dependency, but may help to build it by using multiple internal hierarchies. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220574/hierarchy-for-jira-custom-issue-structure-tree-view
