Is there an alternative to Gliffy for Jira Cloud?

Hello,

We've been using Gliffy on Jira server for many years and are happy with it. We use Gliffy to embed diagrams into issue descriptions that we use as specifications. Then we use Better PDF exporter to export issues with Gliffy diagrams to create complete specification documents.

Now that we are preparing to move to Jira cloud, the PDF's exported using Better PDF Exporter no longer render the Gliffy diagrams. This is apparently due to Gliffy missing cloud API's that Better PDF exporter needs.

Are there any Gliffy alternatives that will render diagrams when exporting to PDF?

I use Draw.io and successfully export diagrams to pdf but not using better pdf exporter. You might check with the BPE vendor for a recommendation.

While it sounds like we don't have compatibility with BPE, I want to make sure we have this logged as a feature request and that your team is getting all the help + context you need from our experts.
