I want to create several hundred tickets in Jira and had used the import wizard when I had an onsite implementation. I am not finding the same feature for the on demand version of the product. I have admin permissions but maybe there is a level of admin that an on demand user doesn't have?

Can you explain in detail what type of import wizard you use in Jira server? Did you mean importing Jira ticket to Jira cloud? Do you ,mind providing u screenshot of the feature in Jira server?
