On the 'view' screen, it seems like we can edit some field freely. i.e. the due date.
However, I would like to make the user to provide a justification (i.e. a pre-formatted comment) every time they change the due date on screen (without any transition, hence no transition validation can be done). Is it possible?
I can't think of a way to do this without forcing a transition! The whole point of in-line edit is that it's a simple and quick way to change data.
Hi Nic, thx for your comment... Due date is quite sensitive....
let me ask in another way... can I remove make 'Due date' not 'in-line editable? lol
Thx in advance.

Remove it from the "edit" screen, that will stop in-line edit as well.
