Is there any option to un/subscribe from a filter or a group based on assigning someone to an issue?

I have a list of bugs (hotfix's) i subscribed a group of users to get a daily email regarding them.

But i don't want the weekly hotfixer to get these emails.

I know who is the hotfixer, based on an issue they assign themselves to.

Is there any option to subscribe/unsubscribe from a filter based on assigning someone to an issue?

Or to add/remove them from the group that is subscribed to the filter?

You'll need to remove them from the group(s) getting the subscription.

is there an option to do it automatically when they assign themselves to a specific issue?

and subscribe them back when someone else assigns himself to the same issue?

No, the email goes to the group.  They're in the group.

Groups are not related to issues.

You could code something to add and remove people from groups, but that really does sound like a horrible hack.
