Is there any way to conditionally format Jira list items that have created date > 7 days?  I know it is a strange request but the business would like to see the results of a filter and have items older than 7 days flagged with ALERT or red color text.  I would prefer OOTB but if App is required I can also use it as we have community license,

Hi Pete,

You could probably do at least part of this with Automation for Jira. Not sure about setting the text color as I don't use Jira Server version. But you should be able to set the flag.

Hi @Pete P

There is no native way of doing it. There used to be an app to format the issues but I will be more inclined to use a reporting app like eazyBI for doing this.

Thanks @Ravi Sagar _Sparxsys_ I was afraid that might be the answer.
This was all do-able with lists using SharePoint Designer back in the day (2012)!
