Is there any way to track the worker's working hours with Jira?

Currently we have Google sheet where we track the workers' working hours and on-call shifts.  It is really simple table with vacation days, on-call shifts, etc. The table also adds hours to monthly count and we use it for sending the report to the administrative office for the salary purposes.

Is there any way to do that using Jira?

Only with an addon, e.g. Tempo.
