Is there any way when we add a comment for some comments only it should trigger an automation rule (except it should be in a certian group or role.) 

Like a popup when comment is added and it should ask whetther to trigger rule or not ?

If a person comments a certain keyword that a pop-up will show if to trigger an automation or not?

lets say If a person is from a group and he/she commented the a popup will show if to trigger an automation.

Not that I know of. I do a "pop-up" when the trigger is "Manual trigger from issue"
