Is there other custom field similar to user picker in JIRA cloud(version 8)

If I need to view more field values as seen in user picker. Please suggest any other custom field.

There are several other custom fields that return different values as a list (Select list, group picker, etc), however, you must define what kind of values you are expecting it to return.

Can you please let us know exactly what values you expect the custom field to return?

If you want to manually define which values you want the list to return, you can use a select list (Single choice or multiple choice).

Thanks Petterson for your help. However, I got only one field "Multi select lists" similar to user picker field when I referred the  document "Configuring a custom field". 

    Please confirm whether this is fine to use it.

Hello Dhananjay,

In the multi-select list, you need to determine the values you want to select for it, instead of selecting users as the User picker field.

As I mentioned before, there are other fields that have similar functionality like Group picker or Single choice select lists, however, it will depend on what kind of values you want to select to it.

I recommend you to try the mentioned fields (Multi select list, single choice list, etc) and check which one has the functionality you are looking for. :)
