Is this instance always free or is it free for the 14 days trial period?

Is this instance always free or is it free for the 14 days trial period?

We have created the Jira instance in our company seeing that the Jira Software is free to use up to 10 users. Is this free always or is it free only for 14 days trial period? What will happen if we did not renew it? Can we access this instance after the trial period?

Hi @Lijy Pallikkattil Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
As mentioned by Jack, the free JIRA Cloud plan is always free to use for upto 10 users. Your Jira Cloud products will be deactivated after 120 days of inactivity. To keep your site active, log in and view something to restart the 120 days.

It is free for 10 or less users indefinitely.
