I am using Element Copy and Sync plugin. I have the following situation. When Cloning ticket from SD instance to SF instance, the ticket is being creating there, but it is not being linked to the original ticket. I am receiving the following error.
I have read, that in Apache time out should be increased, but the time out is set 2 minutes on our side, and after 20 seconds, it is throwing this error. Please advise.
