We've start to use the standard issue collector and it works really well... except:
On android tablets and phones using the standard android browser, at 1200x800 the submit button isn't appearing and on an HTC x1 (not sure of the resolution) the submit button is there and moves as the user scrolls but isn't clickable.
Are there any known issues with the android browser? Is there something I can look at/do to fix?
Hi Mike,
Unfortunately, the issue collector in mobile is not yet fully supported. However, there are some related issue been raised in our development tracking project:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-30326
At the same time, please also vote on the following improvment ticket, as our developer mention:
Thank you for raising this issue. Unfortunately, the issue collector in mobile is not yet supported. I've filed an issue to add support at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-30358 and it would be great if you could vote on this issue to increase its popularity and add it to your watchlist for future updates.
Cheers,
Eric

I think this is amazing (in a negative way) that in our times of mobile everything, this simple issue is not resolved in four years time.

I concur. The Atlassian platforms' support of mobile has been lacking since day 1... this is crazy.
WHY on earth is this marked "Solved"? Acknowledging a bug is not the same as resolving it. I don't understand why Atlassian always thinks these are synonymous.

If you're referring to this question, it's not marked solved. It's marked answered. There's a difference. :-)
We aren't tracking bug status here, we're tracking question/answer status. Given that, the fact that it's answered is true. The fact that the answer leads to a bug that's still open is a matter for the bug.
