Issue Due Date is missing

Hi, I am asking for help regarding the Due Date field assigned to tasks. I am unable to find it nor activate it. I have read many discussions and tutorials, I have changed the permissions in Schedule Issues, I have also looked for this field in Field Configuration Scheme, but unfortunately the application does not find such a field in the list of available fields. Is this field not available in the free version of Jira or maybe you know what else I can do?

Hi @Konrad Lewiński 

 

Due Date should not be listed in the custom field list because it's a system field. You should be able to add it in any screen.

 

The field will be displayed in the screen if it has been added to it but also if you have "Schedule Issues" permission. PLease make sure to have added it in the Screen not only in the issue layout.

Thank you for your answer. I do not see this field on the Screen tab either. I also tried giving Schedule Issues permission to all logged-in users for a short while, but that didn't help

Are you sure the field is not already added in the screen or any of the tab part of the screen ?

 

It should indeed be listed here.
