Hello,
I am facing this issue in Jira and any help to solve this would be appreciated.
The "low" priority is set as default in the Priority section however sometime when the excel is uploaded (where there is no priority column or data) still the Priority is blank for some tasks and for some it is correct (low) which is set as default.
How can I fix this problem so that all the issues has "low" priority when the excel is uploaded.
@Joseph Thomas I have seen this occur when the excel file has a space in the field. When you are doing the upload are you seeing any errors or warnings?
Once way to get around it is to set the priority for all issues in the excel file.
Dear @Brant Schroeder
Thank you for your help on the issue. The issue is resolved by adding the Priority column in the template and then mapping it with Priority field in Jira on the following screens.
Just to mention, I was not getting any error while uploading the data.
Thank you once again for your help.
