Issue Regarding the JQL Query

I have an JQL Query " project = NDSHA AND issuetype = Bug AND "Found in" = "User/Customer Acceptance Test" AND Program in (Sparta, Olympia) AND key in tts.issuesWithExceededIndicator(354, 355, 356, 357, 358) ORDER BY created DESC "

354,355,356,357,358 these are related to Time to SLA

The Problem we are not able to find one issue 

Please Help me

Hi @Venkata Sagar 

Which version of Time to SLA are you using?

Are you using next-gen SLAs? If yes, those JQL functions do not work with next-gen SLAs. It is stated here.

Instead please use SLA 3.0 JQL functions. If you believe there is a problem with Time to SLA, please raise a ticket here.

The issue has been resolved. The JQL Function which we used will only work for Resolved and Closed Tickets but the issue has been not resolved.
