Issue Security Schemes dont work

Hi. I need set issue visibility only for reporter of issue for group "sales representatives".

This is my issue security settings.
But when I login with the user (reporter of issue), I dont see the issue. 
Can you please help me?

Hi Pavel,

You also still need the correct permissions in the Permission Scheme. Make sure you have Browse Project permissions for that project.

I found out last night. thanks for answer.
 I didn't realize it depended on each other.
