You might start with this article - configuring-issue-level-security
you are mentioning Customers here so I wanted to check if you were talking about Jira Service Desk or Jira.
Hi Jack,
Thank you for reverting.
I already visited the this article - configuring-issue-level-security but this will helpful for the setup.
To explain you briefly
1) I already have Project (A), now i want to give access to customer in our Internal Jira project, hence to avoid to create a another Project , i want to use "Issue Security" option which restricts customers to see only there specific issue.
If there is some good video or some good example updated please share

ah yes! my bad entirely. I also just noted you are on server so forget all that Next-gen stuff. :-)
I have not had the need to leverage issue level security feature as yet but indeed it should meet your needs. I found this thread and the post by "Ro" to be particularly detailed. It doesn't look to difficult to set up but there are a few pieces that must be done. Anytime you are dealing w/ schemes IMO they can be a bit more complex than the rest of Jira setup/config.
