Issue accessing one of our Agile Board

Hi,

Can you please assist us with an issue we are seeing where we are unable to access an Agile Board we had created in order to track workflow as part of a certain project. This dashboard was available up until very recently but now members of the team are being met with an error(You can't view this board. It may have been deleted or you don't have permission to view it.) when trying to load the page.

Hi @Sushmitha ,

please check if the board still exists (Boards-> View All Boards).

In the meantime, as JIRA Administrator verify that :

• System -> Audit log. Verify that your board has been not deleted
• Go to board (if exists) and check Shares (under general) in order to verify that board has been shared with your users
• users have access to the project 
• users have access to JIRA Software (JIRA Administration -> Application)

Hi Fabio Racobaldo,

My board is shared with 
Board settings>General> Edit shares >Viewers >All roles 

Board filter is visible to all the members in the board .(I have checked in Details)

But one of user in the project is unable to view the board..(He is a Administrator for that board)

How to resolve the issue?

Please help
