Issue closed/done status still appear with new sprint

Hi,

  Even though the issues are in closed or done status ,the New Sprint is getting updated ..How to resolve this issue?

Hi Suma,

Does the "Done" and "Closed" statuses are under right most column ?

Can you please check and confirm the above in board settings

    Seems the column have not been part in any of the column.

Hi @Suma Pralhad Kustagi As @KAGITHALA BABU ANVESH Mentioned check the status to column are mapped correctly all closed or resolved issue should be in the last column of the board, and also check if closed or resolved have correct resolution set instead of unresolved or open as shown in the below screenshots.

In Jira issue is considered to be closed only if the resolution is correctly set.
