Issue isn't showing up in the new project board "Issues" when transferred

SARAH CHEN January 13, 2023

Issue isn't showing up in the new project board under "Issues" when transferred from another project site, but it can show under "backlog" and "active sprint". How to make the issue to appear under "Issues" in all issues. Thank you.

Hi @SARAH CHEN , can you be a bit more specific? Have you moved the issue to another project B or from another project A?

Is the issue not showing in Project A or B?

In which backlog do you see the issue?

when the issue transferred from project A to project B, the issue will be given a new Jira number for example, projecB-123, projecB-123 can be seen in backlog or sprint issue, but not showing in project B under "Issues".

If you run a search with JQL Project = B AND resolution = Unresolved, do you then see the issue in the list?

yes
