Issue marked as Done still shows up as In Progress

Issue marked as Done still shows up as In Progress

I have transitioned one issue to Done. On the release, it shows up as In Progress. Any idea why? Using the system default workflow for Scrum projects.

Answer accepted

Your "done" status appears to be in the yellow "in progress" status category. I'd move it into the green "done" status category, and that should fix the report.

Go to Admin -> Issue -> Status, find the status and edit it, changing the status category to "done"

Also make sure the Resolution field is set.

As @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- wrote, the DONE status is not mapped to "green" in the status category.
