Issue security level is no longer available while creating an issue

Anastasia Tkacheva October 15, 2018

Help, guys! Maybe there were any changes or updates in the policy? Security level field is no longer available for choosing while creating a new issue, though earlier it was.

Hello,

Are you on Cloud? Does your user have the Set Issues Security permission? Is the Security Level field available on the create screen?

Besides, do you (the current user) belong to any groups associated with a security level set on the project?

Anastasia Tkacheva October 16, 2018

Hi,

Yeah, I'm on cloud. Permissions are OK, I checked. That is the problem - in the screen configuration there is such a field as "Security Level" while creating a new issue and all the schemes are applied to the project, but the user doesn't see this field during the issue creation, though earlier it was available.

Yes, the user belongs to the group.

Could you use the where is my field option to find out, why a user can not see a field?
