In Project A, the issue cannot set the start day and end day in Sat or Sun.
Eg: when I set the issues end date in 9/6(Sat) and save. After I refresh the page, the date will automatically change to 8/6 (Fir). I have tired to set the end date in 11/6 (Mon) and save. It does not have any issue.
However, I have test the same issues in project B. It does not have any problem, I can set the issues start date or end date in Sat or Sun.
Any idea to solve this problem.
I believe You are referring either to JIRA SW project or JIRA SD project: With JIRA SW I would start from checking working days: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver/configuring-working-days-938845342.html
With JIRA SD - with SLA Calendars: https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/setting-up-slas-732528967.html
It is jira sw project. I have already check the working day in the board setting. Already select Mon to Sun is working day. Still have the problem.

Still have same problem. May be I explain more detail, the issues is already created previously, the issue's reporter want to change the end date from 8/6 to 9/6. when the date is change to 9/6 and save. It shows "a issues end date has been updated" in the activity log. however, if refresh the page or close the page and reopen it. It will change to 8/6 automatically. Also, it has a end date updated message in the activity log.
