Issue summary in top right corner of Backlog

Hello all,

If you go to the Backlog there is a issue summary of not started, in progress and closed issues like shown in the screenshot (at least for me).

I find it hard to find the correct wording for this section but I have two questions:

* Is it Jira native or a installed plugin?

* Should it be clickable so we see a list of the 8 issues that are In Progress?

It is the ouf of the box feature. It is not clickable.

I also do not know what is called. This feature goes with Jira Software. It shows how many story points are in To Do, In Progress and Done.
