Issue to create a hierarchy level in a plan

Hi,

I have an issue to create a hierarchy level in a plan.

I followed the video: Configuring issue hierarchy above epics in Advanced Roadmaps - YouTube

But I have this issue and I am unable to create the new hierarchy level that I have configured:

Here is, below,  the configuration I have done for my project. Am I missing something ? Thanks a lot for your help.

Hi @Loic Banguillot ,

welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I think the problem is that the view is not set to show issues with issue type Theme.

So, in your plan - please navigate to the Filters -> Hierarchy and check the From and To fields. You probably need to set From field to Theme.
