Differences in man hours when pulling the same data on different dates:
Example -
I'm extracting man-hours data for August 2022 from 1/8 till 31/8 to check the work log of my team within the specified date above. Let's say I checked on 1st day of next month (1/9).
However, when I checked again after a few weeks (25/9), the man hours are different. There're increments and decrements in the working hours of my team. Fyi, I'm looking at the data with the same requirement which is work log hours for August 2022 (from 1/8 till 31/8).
Can anyone help to clarify what's happened to this matter? Why there's increment/decrement of work log hours when we're looking at the same data at a specific date (which is already in the past)?
Thanks
Hi Amila,
It might be that worklogs were modified since time you last viewed the report. However there is no easy way to check it, JQL like 'updatedDate > worklogDate' does not work.
If you are using Prime Timesheet, you may try to open support request and ask to add feature to see in report if worklog was modified, at support portal https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6/group/31
Thank you.
UPD: like the following
Hi @Andriy Zhdanov Thank you for your feedback. May I get your suggestion on the best apps/plugin to use to check the team's timesheet?

Hi Amila,
I'm for Timesheet Reports and Gadgets, or Time Reports, both now let see in report if worklog was modified, as above.
Thank you.

@Pooja Chougule you might want to take a look at this search as there are many more free time-tracking apps, including our Clockwork Free which does come with a limited set of features, but is free regardless of Jira user count.
